NEW DELHI, OCT 5: A tea executive was kidnapped in the wee hours of today, with the abductors slapping a ransom of Rs eight lakh. Five armed youths, suspected to be belonging to the Hmar People8217;s Council HPC, abducted PK Paul, of Bhubandhar Tea Estate under Dholai police station in Cachar district of Southern Assam.
