Khanna Municipal Council president Iqbal Singh inaugurated “Suvidha Centre,” a single window complaint centre, at the MC complex on Friday.The complaint centre will cater to all types of complaints of the residents regarding municipal council. “Any resident can lodge a compalint at this seprately made cabin on phone or by visiting the centre,” informed Iqbal Singh.He said every complainant would be given a complaint number and he can follow up on his case by refering to that number. “A seperate telephone number has been provided for the purpose and compliance of every complaint will be checked at the end of the week,” he added.He said the facilty would help the residents as well as the employees of Municipal Council and municipal councilors.” “After the complaint is recieved at the centre, it would be sent to the concerned department immediately,” he added.Among those present on the occasion were Sarvdeep Kalirao, Neeta Dhamija, Jatinder Devgan, Anil Dutt, Paramjit Bobby, Malkit Singh, Khushdev Singh, Vijay Sharma, all municipal councilors, BJP leader Sanjiv Dhamija, Akali leaders Davider Khattra, Deep Singh Deepa, and executive officer Jagjit singh Judge.
