Protest threat
Students of a number of faculties of the M S University have threatened to launch an agitation from Monday, if no action was taken against senior senate member J B Rajput for using abusive language in the Senate meeting. Pointing out that if he could misbehave in the Senate meeting then he would not hesitate to misbehave with students in classrooms, they said the administration should take immediate action so that such incidents were not repeated.

Meeting
Art lovers, artists and book lovers of the city will hold a meeting in memory of poet Hasit Buch at Sardar Bhavan, here on May 15. According to a statement issued by cultural forum Granthgoshthi, Dr Arunodya Jani, Vishny Mahajan, Vasanti Munshi and several other renowned litterateurs would speak on the occasion.

Health camp
State Health Minister Ashok Bhatt will be chief guest at a health camp scheduled to be held at the Late C B Patel Community Dispensary here in Chhani on Tuesday. An official release said that the camp would also mark the culmination of the Jivan Raksha Yatra. The yatra covered at least 21 villages of the district.
