Suitably employed elsewhere?

The National Rural Employment Guarantee scheme maybe the much vaunted flagship project of the UPA Government. But how much does the Government, and the Left for that matter, care about it? A pointer was the scheduled short duration discussion in the Rajya Sabha on the misuse of funds under the NREG. The discussion had to be adjourned for want of quorum on Thursday, a day before Parliament was adjourned sine die. While the Left still managed to have a handful of MPs, including Brinda Karat, participating in the debate, only two Congress MPs were spotted in the House at the time.
