CHANDIGARH, Aug 30: UT Senior Superintendent of Police C.S.R. Reddy has suspended a sub-inspector, Karnail Singh, for his alleged quot;biasedquot; attitude in a case of rioting.

Karnail Singh was posted in Sector 39 police station and was the investigating officer of the case.

The case has been handed over to the Crime Branch of the city police, said police sources.
