Spring fest from Saturday

PANCHKULA, MARCH 8: The 13th Annual Spring Fest will be organised in the Sector 5 Town Park on March 13 and 14, by the Haryana Urban Development Authority.

A number of competitions, including a flower show and best garden will be held. Flower shows will be organised in six classes and 91 sections depending on the type of participants. A section for school gardens has also been introduced. Fancy dress and painting competitions, rangoli, antakshari, hasya ras8217; sammelans and a poetry symposium would be organised for school students along with a healthy baby show. A cultural programme and a variety show by artists from different states will be other attractions.
