Sept 21: Snehal Mahude Dr Antonio da Silva, Dadar and Pradnya Adhan Balmohan Vidyamandir, Dadar claimed the boys and girls under-16 titles respectively, in the MSSA-Colgate Inter-School carrom tournament at the former8217;s homeground, today.

Results:

Senior boys under-16:

Junior Boys under-14:

1 Sagar Kajrolkar IES Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya, Dadar, 2 Pravin Bagadhe Dr Antonio da Silva, 3 Rajeev Pawar IES New English, Bandra.

Senior girls under-16:

1 Pradnya Adhan, Shilpa Sawant Balmohan, 3 Shweta Rao St Xavier8217;s, Nerul.

Junior girls under-14:

1 Khushnuma Wadiwala Bai Avabai F Petit, 2 Tasneem Federal Bai Avabai F Petit, 3 Ketki Hardikar IES English, Bandra.

Sunil nets winner

A goal by Sunil Pereira turned out to be the match-winner for Chemburites against Ultimate Warriors in the semi-finals of the eighth Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Parishfootball tournament at the OLPS ground, Chembur, yesterday.

In the other semi-final, Rock XI beat Cluster Sports Club 6-1. Ashok Menon 2, R Chowgule, Randel Fernandes, Dolfred Pereira and Henry Fernandes were the scorers. Bhuvanesh netted Ultimate8217;s consolation goal.

Theresian tourney
