Dr. Pravin Joshi has been elected president of the Sports Medicine Association, Pune in the election held on Sunday.

Hoganas win HOGANAS India Ltd. scored a major upset when they shocked defending champions SKF Bearings India Ltd. by two-wickets in the inaugral league fixture of the XVI Inter-Swedish Group of Companies cricket tourney at the Jail ground Yerwada here today.

SKF taking strike first managed 75 runs in their allotted 25 overs, while Hoganas in reply managed to overcome the target losing eight wickets with one over to spare. Earlier VK Sud, managing director Hoganas inaugrated the meet.
