Kirti to hear Delhi8217;s version
Former International Kirti Azad will hold discussions with Delhi skipper Ajay Sharma, manager Maninder Singh Jaggi and coach Sunil Khanna at the DDCA on Wednesday evening to hear their versions of the events in connection with the abandoned Ranji Trophy Super League match between Delhi and Tamil Nadu at Chennai earlier this year.

Kirti Azad is part of the four-member committee constituted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India BCCI to look into the reasons for the abandonment of the match. He has requested the DDCA general secretary to make available all the relevant documents in connection with the abandoned game.

Heritage series
Heritage India one-day series, organised by Yokohama restaurant and H and S Associates, and involving the hospitality industry hotels, tour and travel, airlines, restaurants will be held from June 6 to 21 at Saket Sports Complex and Jamia Millia Islamia grounds. Those from hospitality industry should send their entries by May 22 to Yokohama restaurant, 10/48, Malcha Marg or H and S Associates, C-23, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

North triumph
North and South Zones recorded their second straight wins against East and West respectively in the All India J K Bose Cricket Tournament in Mumbai, according to repports reaching here.

The winner of the tournament will be decided on Thursday when North take on South in the last match.

Brief scores: West: 167 all out in 34 overs Sanjeev Samya 48 lost to South: 169 for no loss off 21.1 overs a K satish 109 not out, s vishwanath 37 not out.

East: 109 all out in 31.1 overs Rajsekhar Rao 4/25 lost to North: 110 for 1 off 12.2 overs Sunil narula 74 not out.

Dahiya shines
Vijay dahiya 63: 7215;4 and Sachin Khurana 45: 8215;4, 30b helped Malviya beat MCD by seven wickets in the Hari Singh Tyagi TYCA Super League.
