Security has been beefed up at Captain Roop Singh Stadium in Gwalior in the wake of media reports that Shiv Sena has threatened to disrupt the match. District Magistrate Rakesh Srivastava, however, played down the threat. “There is nothing to worry about. There are over 2,000 security personnel deployed. And I am going to meet the chief here tonight to discuss the matter.”

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who was invited for the match, may not come now, because it may be an extra burden on the security personnel. “I have no idea about Shah Rukh Khan’s visit,” said Srivastava. The organisers, however, are hoping Khan will drop in.
