RSS behind Jain report: Swamy

CHENNAI, Aug 1: Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy, today said the Jain report was quot;nothing more than malafide and biasedquot; and the action taken report was quot;nothing but a device by RSS to use governmental agencies to try and subdue mequot;.

quot;The Jain final report has been manipulated, but ATR has deliberately dragged me to undermine my standing in Indian politicsquot;, he said.

Stating that the final report quot;does not contain a single charge against me nor recommends prosecutionquot;, Swamy said he would be seeking legal remedy against the quot;supercilious and inanequot; references.
