The Fashion Cafe was chosen by Bennetton as the place to unveil their new winter-fall collection. Bennetton already have 80 outlets in the country and by the year 2000 they hope to have 100 stores across India. The Fashion Cafe as you may remember had to remove their chair with mannequins at the back as the city8217;s moral police felt that these female busts were unacceptable. Well the good news this that these busts will be back soon, but they have gone through a breast reeducation surgery to make sure that the moral police do not find them to be an eyesore anymore.

Pub Crawl

This Saturday Geofreys was quite the place to be if you want to star watch. It seems this pub manages to attracts some the city8217;s most attractive faces. Seen there was Neelam and Sonali Bendre, who is the midst of shooting Sooraj Barjatiyas new film who were chatting to Kailash Sundernath. Sonali is of course staring is Kailash debut Bollywood film and Neelam is on old friends of his and wife Aartis. But thesurprise guest was Vijay Mallaya, loudly dressed as normal he walked in with Kamal Siddu and her beau Danny McGill. After Geffreys most of the crowd made a bee-line to the 1900s which seems to be enjoying a revival. And again one of two Bollywood stars were seen partying the night away including Hritik Roshan and Sharad Kapoor. And keeping them company from the world of glamour Sumeet Chopra, Marc Robinson and Rocky S.

Sachdevs Sucess

Achla Sachdev is on top of the world at the moment, she organized the CIMA Textile trade show for the second time and everyone who attended it just loved it. On the ramp were Bipasha Basu, Rahul Dev, Jas Arora, Dino Morea and Rajlakshmi Soni and they all loved Achlas choreography. quot;I was so happy that I have made the transition from model to choreographer,quot; says Achla. In June Achla went to Martitus to do a show which is was so well appreciated that she will be returning to Martitus later this month, to look after the Miss Martitus show. quot;I love the fact that I am sobusy. I love creating so I really enjoying being behind the scenes,quot; she says. But Achla has not stopped ramp modelling all together. This svelte model will still be gracing the catwalk. Next month she is doing Tarun Tahilianis show in Delhi and will be also doing Shahub Durazi show later this year. quot;I am just being more selective about the shows I do,quot; says a very happy Achla

And finally8230; Another model who seems to be enjoying the limelight is Bipasha Basu. She is one girl who has not let her new fond fame go to her head. But we hear she and her family are very excited about her getting into films. So much so that her parents will be moving from Calcutta to tinsel town to manage her career.
