RANCHI, NOV 20: RJD leader and an executive member of the Jharkhand Area Autonomous Council (JAAC) Shamsher Alam today demanded a condemnation motion against the Centre for excluding the Bihar State Reorganisation Bill from the agenda of the winter session of Parliament.Alam raised the demand shortly before the debate on the Council's estimated budget for 2000-2001. He said the BJP-led coalition at the Centre deserved severe criticism for backing out on its promise. of tabling the proposed legislation on Vananchal in the winter session.The JAAC chairman Sibu Soren who presided over the day's procecdings assured Alam that the House will consider his demand in all earnestness and act in the matter in accordance with the Constitutional provisions.
