BANGALORE, JANUARY 21: National Champion S Raman of Indian Oil went down to Subhajit Saha of Oil India Ltd in the men8217;s singles quarter-final of the PSCB inter-unit table tennis championships. Mouma Das IOC lost to M S Mythili BPCL.
