JAMMU: Three Pakistani mercenaries, including prime accused in the 1995 Republic Day bomb blasts, have escaped from the high securuty Kot Balwal prison during the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. 11 police officials, including the police SP police, prisons, have been suspended and a high-level probe ordered.

Onions from Iran

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Government proposes to airlift 400 tonnes of onions per day from Iran to ease shortage of onions in the capital. Chief Minister Sushma Swaraj said that the onions from Iran would start arriving in four days. She said the government had decided to airlift onions to meet the requirement .
