UDHAGAMANDALAM, May 24: Firm favourite Prize Catch, trained by Said Afzhal and ridden by A Merchant, claimed the Kangeyam Plate, the main event of the races here today.

Trainer R Foley saddled four winners, while jockeys J Abhraham and Merchant scored a treble and a double each.

Six favourites obliged the punters in a card of eigh events.Results of the dividends paid at Mahalaxmi and Pune of the 16th day of the Udhagamandalam races held on Saturday.
