Priya on target

Priya Agarwal of Pune proved her class when she came up with a score of 495.7/500 to clinch the top spot in the women8217;s air rifle event at the Maharashtra State shooting championship held at MRA Shooting Ranges in Worli. Mumbai shooters Ayonika Paul and Neha Chavan took the second and third positions respectively with Ayonika being unlucky to miss gold by 0.1 point.

In the free rifle 3 position event for men, Yogesh Gadmale of Sindhudurg emerged winner with Mumbai marksmen Arun Wareshi and Minit Shah securing the next two places with scores of 1118, 1111 and 1105 respectively.
