Former Pakistan coach Mohsin Khan believes that under new coach Dav Whatmore the national team has the potential to improve further and continue their upward graph in world cricket.
I believe this team will still move upwards because of the immense talent we have at our disposal,” Mohsin said.
The former Test player said he had thoroughly enjoyed his stint with the national team.
“It was very disappointing to lose the one-day series to England. But otherwise it was a great experience. There was great fighting spirit in the team and the players played like a fighting unit in the Test series,” Mohsin said.
Mohsin said he had no grudges against anyone after the PCB had replaced him.
“The Pakistan Cricket Board did what it thought best for the team. It is their decision to bring in a foreign coach. But I just feel that in future the board needs to handle things with more care and feelings,” he said.
“I have no grouse with their decision. I just feel they could have had the changeover in a better manner,” he added.
