Harsh Mankad came close to pocket his fourth ATP doubles titles of the year but had to be content with a runners-up at the Calabasas Challenger in US.

Harsh Mankad came close to pocket his fourth ATP doubles titles of the year but had to be content with a runners-up at the Calabasas Challenger in US after losing the final along with Treat Conard Huey.

The third seed Indo-Philippines pair fought hard but lost the summit clash in the Super tie-breaker.

After surrendering the first set tamely the duo raised their game and levelled the scores but eventually went down 2-6 7-5 4-10 in the final.

They got 45 ranking points each and split USD 1800 as prize money for their effort.

Prakash Amritraj had reached the quarter-finals stages of both the singles and doubles events at the USD 50,000 event.
