RAIPUR, Nov 17: The Union Home Minister L K Advani today said the Centre could again recommend imposition of the President8217;s rule in Bihar, although there was no possibility of this at present.

There is no move to recommend President8217;s rule in Bihar right now, though its possibility in future cannot be ruled out, the Minister told reporters at the Mana Aerodrome here.

Advani said there was no move from the Centre to re-introduce TADA, although some states had suggested to bringing it back. He said instead of re-introducing TADA, State Governments had been asked to use more stringent provisions of the National Security Act. The Minister claimed that normalcy was returning to Jammu and Kashmir.

and tourists were now visiting the State in large numbers, without any fear.Advani said the Centre was committed to developing a nuclear policy for the country8217;s security and for peaceful purposes, as all allies of the BJP agreed on it.

The Home Minister also termed as absurd the Congress President SoniaGandhi8217;s charge that the Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was weak and the BJP was not experienced enough to govern the country.

Vajpayee had demonstrated his capacity to rule the country by solving many long-pending issues, including the Cauvery waters dispute, even though the coalition headed by him at the Centre was not having a majority in Parliament, Advani said.

Addressing an election meeting at Gandhi Chowk in support of BJP for the November 25 Assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh, the Minister said though BJP had failed to win a majority in the Lok Sabha elections early this year, it had gained the people8217;s confidence.

Charging Congress with manipulating official machinery to serve its own interests instead for the upliftment of the masses, during its Governments since Independence, Advani said the party was now coming closer in grabbing power than ever before.

The BJP leader said India was fully equipped to deal with the activities of the ISI and exuded confidence that these would be broughtunder control soon.Advani said 20 ISI camps had been destroyed this year and pointed out that infiltrators from Pakistan were now coming to Jammu and Kashmir through Baluchistan and Afghanistan, as they were finding it difficult to cross the State8217;s borders.

Advani had to cancel his scheduled election meeting at Raigarh because of inclement weather today.
