Joint police commissioner R S Sharma today said Sitaram Ghandat, independent MLA, who was wanted in the Rs 4.65 crore Abhudaya bank fraud has been located in Ahmednagar. A police team has been sent to arrest him.
Sharma said a massive search for the five other directors who are absconding has been launched, and once found, they will also be booked. The police had tried to track the accused at various places,
including his residences at Kala Chowki residence, south Mumbai as well as Navi Mumbai and at Gangakhed in Beed district.
