Pharmacos enter semis

PUNE, Dec 9: Prasad Purohit8217;s swift knock of 43 in 37 balls steered Pharmacos into the semi-final stage defeating DY Patil College of Pharmacy by three wickets in the ongoing Inter-college Pharmacy cup cricket tournament organised by the Poona College of Pharmacy.

The other teams to make it to the last four stage were Inpharm Services, Laxmi Medico, and Venky8217;s College of Pharmacy.

DY Patil, batting first, put up 149 before being all out. In reply, Pharmacos mustered up the 150 for the loss of just seven wickets to enter the semi-final stage of the tournament.
