MARSEILLE: Pele is to be made a Freeman of the city of Marseille in recognition of his service to soccer.

The former Brazil striker, now his country8217;s minister for sport, is in Marseille to see the World Cup holders play Norway at the Stade Velodrome tomorrow.

He will be presented with the honour at a ceremony tomorrow.
