PECFEST attracts big crowds

CHANDIGARH, Nov 8: The annual festival organised by students of the Punjab Engineering College has undergone a sea change. From what used to be a quot;TECHNOFESTquot; it has come to be known as PECFEST and that surely, is not the only change the festival has seen! During the earlier days, PEC students were famous for dramatics and histrionics and would sweep all the city competitions. However on this year8217;s festival, the emphasis was more on setting up a bigger number of stalls which offer many goodies.

Skill games and its like attracted more crowds than dumb charades or JAM just a minute. PECFEST attracted a large number of people from all walks of life, though the college students dominated the crowd. Meanwhile, today a student of Punjab Engineering College PEC, Vikas Gupta was arrested by the city police on charges of eve teasing.
