BANGALORE, NOV 21: The Centre would shortly announce Mission for the Millenium8217; for the small-scale industries SSI sector, Union Minister of State for SSIs Vasundhara Raje, said today.
She told reporters here that the document would deal with issues including credit guarantee scheme, upgradation of technology and market support.
