VADODARA, MAY 30: Representatives of the National Students Union of India NSUI submitted a memorandum to M S University Vice-Chancellor Anil Kane on Saturday protesting against the report of the committee which has appointed to look into the illegal computer classes going on at the Faculty of Commerce.

The students have said that an immediate inquiry should be instituted against the former dean of the Commerce faculty B S Patel for allowing classes to be conducted at the faculty.

The N.S.U.I members have claimed that though one of the students had already confiscated the register which had the students names, the committee paid no heed to it. They said that instead of calling the students who were attending the classes or the teacher who was teaching, the committee members did not summon anybody for interrogation.

The students have also said that though there was evidence that the classes which were being conducted were of Aptech and not of IGNOU, yet the committee concluded that it was IGNOU classes.
