CHANDIGARH, July 31: The Haryana Election Commission has issued a notification for the third phase to conduct panchayat bye-elections in districts Kaithal, Bhiwani, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Hisar and Panchkula.

According to Haryana State Election Commissioner, J.K. Duggal, the notification states that the nomination papers shall be presented from tomorrow to August 3 next between 10 am and 3 pm. Scrutiny will be done on August 4 between 10 am and 3 pm.

The candidature can be withdrawn on August 6 between 10 am and 3 pm. The counting of ballot papers will be taken up immediately after the close of poll on the same day at the same polling booth, he added.
