NCC training camp kicks off

A 10-day annual NCC training camp kicked off at BCM Senior Secondary School, Sector 32, Chandigarh Road, on Tuesday. Cadets from about 25 schools participated in it. Col. K J Singh, commander NCC Group, was the chief guest.

The ceremony started with lighting of a lamp. Different items like Bhangra, Giddha and other dances kept the audience spell-bound. The chief guest declared the event open and thanked the school authority for having taken initiative for organise the camp.

Manager S K Mehta and Principal D P Guleria extended their felicitation and best wishes to all the cadets. They also announced the events which would be a part of this camp.
