Seminar on women amp; media

Women, the Media and the Millennium,8217; a one-day workshop for young journalists, will be held on Saturday, January 27. The workshop aims to orient and sensitise young journalists to issues relevant to women at the turn of the millennium. The workshop will include 40 participants from English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati publications and will comprise presentations and interactive exercises on women8217;s issues. The workshop will be at Methodist Centre, 21 YMCA Road opp YMCA, Bombay Central, from 10 am to 5 pm.
