Foreign language classes

The Department of Foreign Language Studies of the Institute of Hotel, Cargo and Tourism Management, will conduct courses in conversational Arabic, French, German, Italian and Spanish for beginners from October 21. Course material includes a bi-lingual language dictionary and/or audio cassettes. Call on 2853081, 2070059.

Communication workshop

Institute of Media, Fashion and Allied Arts will conduct three workshops in advertising, journalism and public relations from October 21 at Vile Parle and Colaba. Batches are limited to 10 participants. Call 2853081/6140960.

Rangoli exhibition at Byculla Zoo

Veermata Jijabai Bhosale Udyan and Rangoli Kala Darshan Group have organised a Rangoli exhibition with wildlife theme at the Open Air Theatre at the zoo from October 4 to 10 between 10 am to 5 pm. Painting and essay competitions on wildlife have also been organised for students of municipal schools on October 4 at 9.30 am at the zoo.
