Youth dies in accidentA 25-year-old labourer Gopal Harijan died this afternoon when a lorry collided with the dumper he was travelling in at Andheri. Police sources said Harijan was standing in the back of a dumper which was on its way to Vile Parle (East) from N C Phadke Marg in Andheri (East), when, at a bend towards Western Express Highway, another lorry collided with it from behind. Harijan landed under the lorry's front wheels and died immediately, police informed.The driver of the lorry, however, fled from the scene. Police have launched a search for him. Encounter report submittedPrincipal Sessions judge A S Augiar today submitted a report running over a 100 pages on the encounter deaths of peanut vendor Abu Sayma and Gawli henchmen Sada Pawle and Vijay Tandel in Mumbai last year.
