Mock trading goes smoothly

MUMBAI, JAN 2: The National Stock Exchange NSE on Sunday said it conducted a second successful mock trading session unaffected by the millennium bug. quot;The capital market segment of the National Stock Exchange successfully completed the second mock trading session on January 2, 2000 between 0930 hours and 1130 hours,quot; the exchange said in a statement.

It said about 1,600 users participated in mock trading. The exchange said post-mock trading activities were also progressing smoothly and no problems were encountered on account of Y2K.
