Mittal blames it on Cong

FATEHGARH SAHIB, Nov 18: Unexpected price rise of essential commodities was a planned conspiracy of the Congress and the 8220;salt episode8221; had unearthed it, claimed Punjab Minister for Food and Civil Supply Madan Mohan Mittal, while talking to the media persons at Mandi Gobindgarh today.

He claimed that the people had seen through the Congress game8217; and this issue would make any adverse impact on the party8217;s chances in the polls.
