For the main course, one could choose from seared John Dory and celery slaw with orange-jalapeno vinaigrette, traditional roast turkey roulade and red cabbage sour crout with cranberry glaze, smoked duck breast and candied sweet potatoes with warm carrot and snow pea salad, and port and red wine Risotto with braised radicchio. And to finish off the meal in style, there was grilled homemade bread butter pudding with caramelized banana, iced red wine poached figs with cinnamon ice-cream and Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.
