LU may change exam pattern

The Lucknow University plans to introduce changes in its examination system during the ongoing academic session.

The Lucknow University LU plans to introduce changes in its examination system during the ongoing academic session. The university has constituted a four-member committee to work out strategies where colleges will be exchanged as examination centers.

The team comprises principals of National PG College, Shia PG College, IT PG College and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Degree College. On Tuesday, a meeting was held between university authorities and the principals of several degree colleges. It was discussed that during examinations on law courses in the previous session when colleges were exchanged as examination centers, the mass copying was curbed. It was decided to set up a college development council at the university level. LU Vice-Chancellor A S Brar asked colleges to submit applications to be granted autonomous status.
