
Google keeps track of all the popular searches made in a country every week. Then, at the end of the month, it adds them all up to determine what the fifteen most popular searches were. It8217;s called the Google Zeitgiest. The word is derived from the German word 8216;zeit8217;, which means time, and the german word 8216;geist8217; which means spirit. So, it essentially means, the general intellectual, moral and cultural climate of an era.
