Lango: NGO questions cops

The furore over the lynching of nine Naxalites in a Jharkhand village refuses to die down with an NGO now pointing fingers at the role of the police.

In a statement in Jamshedpur yesterday, People8217;s Union of Civil Liberties8217; S.
