COIMBATORE, June 29:The proposal to set up an air cargo complex in Coimbatore is yet to receive the Centre’s approval. The proposed complex envisages new terminal buildings, hangars and extension of the existing runway by another 1500 ft to accomodate landing of aircrafts like Boeings. Some of the major items of exports from here inlcude fabrics, sewing threads, hosiery items etc.
