Karnataka8217;s lower order batsmen 8212; Doda Ganesh 23 no and R Vinay Kumar 15 no 8212; proved to the men of hour against Delhi on the final day.

The two survived the mandatory overs as the hosts fell short by three wickets as the game ended in a draw.

Chasing an impossible victory target of 251, Karantaka finished at 201/7. This came after the visitors lost their seventh wicket with the score reading 160 and 15 overs still to go. Left-arm spinner Rahul Sanghvi claimed three wickets for 48 runs while leg-spinner Chetanya Nanda chipped in with two.
