NEW DELHI, NOV 22: Himachal Pradesh Governor V S Rama Devi was on Monday shifted to Karnataka, while former BJP vice-president Vishnukant Shastri replaces her at the Raj Bhawan in Shimla. Rama Devi, who replaces Khurshid Alam Khan, will continue as the Karnataka Governor for the remainder of her term, a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said.
