NAGARHOLE, July 2: The Karnataka Government has closed down the century-old Balle Elephant Camp at Kananakote forests here following the death of the legendary pachyderm ‘Drona’ at the camp in December last. It might be recalled that Drona of the Mysore Dasara processions fame was electrocuted at this camp last year.
