Mumbai, Feb 11: Led by veteran C Honnappa, favourites Bank Sports Board pocketed the title in the South Kanara All-India Kabaddi Tournament on Friday. BSB defeated Delhi 20-10, after leading 7-5 at half-time. In the women’s section, Mumbai Shahar scored a stunning 23-21 victory over Mumbai Upanagar, despite the latter enjoying a four-point advantage with five minutes on the clock. But Tejashri Naik turned the tables by getting three rivals in a single raid to level scores at 15-15.

Advani stuns Dutta
Unseeded Nihal Advani upset Rewant Dutta 6-4, 6-0 in the under-16 semi-finals on Friday after having defeated top seed Rishi Behl on Thursday. He now faces Saurabh Kohli in the Khar Gymkhana KP Bathija Open Juniors tennis final.
