Jeev shoots 73 in opening round

THAME (England), MAY 14: Indian golfer Jeev Milkha Singh shot a one over 73 in the first round of the International Open golf tournament at The Oxfordshire here, to be placed joint eighth. Daniel Chopra of Sweden, with three over 75, was two places below.

Phil Price and Spain’s Miguel Angel Jimenez lead the field with seven-under 65s.
