NEW DELHI, March 23: Jeev Milkha Singh had his best finish on the Tour at joint 12th place in the Portuguese Open, which concluded at Penina on Sunday. Jeev, whose previous best was joint 15th at the Heineken Open in Perth in January, shot a three under 70 for the last round to have an aggregate of 280 for four rounds. He earned 5,535 pounds.
