Cross-border infiltration from Pakistan and militant activities in J-K in the last eight months have come down considerably, Rajya Sabha was informed.

In a written reply, MoS for Home Sriprakash Jaiswal said as per a report of J-K government, there were 207 estimated infiltrations and 1,466 terrorism-related incidents in April-November 2005 as compared to 463 and 1,777 respectively in the corresponding period last year.
