CHENNAI: MAC-TNCA XI will cross swords with Indian Airlines while Districts XI take on Indian Overseas Bank as another edition of All-India Buchi Babu cricket tournament starts Monday. Unlike the previous editions, the second innings will not be restricted to 40 overs. The second innings will consist of same number of overs 90. It provides a wider platform forplayers to prove their mettle.

HYDERABAD: In a fun-filled match Venkatesh XI scored a 44-run victory over Jadeja XI in the 25-overs day-night cricket match for the Satyam Cup, organised to raise collections for the Kargil victims relief fund. The jam packed Sunday crowd got their money worth when the cinestars and the cricket stars enthralled 25,000 specatators. They were able to raise Rs two crore for the Kargil victims.
