
NEW DElHI, January 11: The Crime Branch of the Delhi Police have discovered a German offset printing press in West Delhi which was being used for the printing of infringed inlay cards for packing pirated audio cassettes.
Positives worth more than Rs 1 crore have been seized. Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime and Railways Karnal Singh said: 8220;The police have arrested the accused, Manjit Singh, and a case was registered under the Copyright Act at the Patel Nagar police station. The printing press was been sealed immediately.8221;
According to the police, Manjit Singh admitted that he used to do the printing using the night and delivered the printed cards to his clients before sunrise.
