IIM conference from today

VADODARA, Feb 3: The local chapter of the Indian Institute of Metals is organising a three-day international conference, MICMEP-99, from February 4 at the Research and Development auditorium in the IPCL premises here.

IPCL Director finance N Chandar will inaugurate the conference and Director operations S K Anand will deliver the special address. M S University Vice-Chancellor Anil Kane will be the guest of honour.

The conference, sponsored by a number of industries including IPCL, Samp;C Germany, GIPCL, Vasu Chemicals, among others, will deliberate on maintenance of plants, inspection, corrosion, materials, engineering and plant reliability.
