IETE holds annual function

CHANDIGARH, April 15: The students8217; forum of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers IETE at Punjab Engineering College held its annual function today.

College principal Rajneesh Prakash presided over the function, while R. P. Bajpayee, chairman of IETE, was the chief guest. More than 100 students attended.

In a teaching competition organised as the part of function, Sachin Bharati bagged first prize. He spoke on virtual reality. The second and third prizes were obtained by Jatin Talwar, Vishal Bhatia and Anil Gupta respectively. The winners of the software developing contest in order of merit are 8212; Kapil Garg, Vishal Goel and Abhishek.
