Tell us about your daily diet.
The first thing that I have in the morning is warm water with tulsi leaves after which I have my porridge. Lunch is extremely light8212;only an egg toast. Dinner is homemade chicken, pasta and dal .
What is your exercise routine?
I work-out for half an hour thrice a week
Is there anything you binge on?
Nothing in particular. I eat a lot on Sundays.
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Malayali, followed by Japanese and French.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I would hit the gym for long hours if I had to lose weight. I have never really tried to gain weight.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I have never stuck to a diet routine. Because I have been a basketball player since the age of seven, I have a high rate of metabolism and thus have never really bothered to stick to a particular diet.
What is your idea of health?
Good skin. If you have rosy cheeks, it is clear that you are in the pink of health.
